Refunds within 7 days:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 7 days of the date you receive it, and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, we can not refund the shipping cost. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Warranty issues after 7 days:
If you received the item more than 7 days previously, and there is any question if the equipment is working as it should, please read our Warranty Policy and contact us to work out the best possible solution. Very often, we are able to solve simple issues without the necessity of having you return the item to us. If not, you can return the item and we will repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase cost.
