Deardorff 8x10 film camera body only. Restored Near Mint.


This 1945 Deardorff 8x10 field camera was restored by Scott Lance and bears a plaque attesting to this restoration. It's condition is near mint from the restoration. There is a pre-restoration chip in the wood behind the lens board that has been finished over. The camera does not have front swing, as it was built before the  

There is a wooden lens board with a hole for a Compur #3  shutter.

The ground glass is clean and bears the Deardorff name. The leather handle is strong and holds the camera well.

The camera folds into a compact format for field work.
As mentioned in the condition section the bellows are light tight and supple, with no issues. The focus works smoothly. This is a working camera that has been used recently by the previous owner.

Operating Condition: Excellent, no issues. All the mechanical functions are working properly.

Cosmetic Condition: Restored Near Mint. Bellows clean and supple with a bit of dust.
