Deardorff 8x10 film camera with Schneider - Kreuznach Symmar - S 300mm f5.6 lens. Restored Near Mint. Complete Kit for 4x5, 5x7 8x10



This 1945 Deardorff 8x10 field camera was restored by Scott Lance and bears a plaque attesting to this restoration. It's condition is near mint from the restoration. There is a pre-restoration chip in the wood behind the lens board that has been finished over.
The ground glass is clean and bears the Deardorff name. The leather handle is strong and holds the camera well.
As mentioned in the condition section the bellows are light tight and supple, with no issues. The focus works smoothly. This is a working camera that has been used recently by the previous owner.

Included is a Schneider-Kreuznach 300mm Symmar lens. This lens is pristine, with no "schneideritis". Glass is clear, with no separation, hazing fungus or other issues. The Compur #3 shutter works well at all apertures and speeds. 
The cosmetics on this lens are mint.

Also included is a 16 inchIncluded in this package are  a 5x7 and a 4x5 reducing back.
Each of these has been restored. The glass is clean and the 4x5 has the Deardorff name on the glass. 
The glass on the 5x7 appears to be a replacement. The backs work well with a good seal for your film holders.
All of the backs for the camera can be mounted in landscape or portrait position.

Also included are 3 - 8x10, 3 - 5x7, and 3 - 4x5 double cut film holders. 

 Everything you need for large format except the film, and we can get that for you too!!

Warranty: 90 days

Operating Condition: Excellent, no issues. All the mechanical functions are working properly, including the lens shutter.
