This is an 8 element lens in 6 groups. The MC mount is fully compatible with the Manual and Aperture-Priority metering modes of all Minolta 35mm manual focus SLR film cameras. Program or Shutter-Priority modes are not supported. Can also be used on many digital cameras with adapter. Last version with the rubber focusing ring.
