The Salut C is a Ukraine built copy of the Hasselblad 1000F or 1600F.  Manufactured by Arsenal Factory, Kiev, Ukraine, USSR and was produced between 1972-1980, quantity 30,000. Medium format SLR film camera, film 120 roll, picture size 6x6cm. Lens is an Arsenal Vega-12 B 90mm f/2.8, Salyut B mount (Hasselblad type), semi-automatic, interchangeable, filter thread 58mm. Aperture: f/2.8 - f/22. It has a  horizontal focal plane metallic curtain, with speeds: 30 -1 /1000, + B.

** When changing shutter speeds, to prevent damage to the shutter system, the shutter must be cocked first. Cocking knob: also winds the film, on the right side of the camera. ** When cocking and film winding there are some odd noises, this is normal for these cameras. 

 Included: Original box, original case, Lens,  two film backs, Instructions in Russian,  front and rear lens caps. 2 Filters.

Operating Condition: Excellent, no issues. there is slight tightness when focusing to close ranges, but nothing that will affect it's use. It should resolve with use. It takes practice to open the waist level finder. The glass is clear and clean, with no haze, fungus, or separation, and the mirror and waist level finder have very minor dust. Great for a collector or a user.

Cosmetic Condition:  This camera is in Used- Like new condition, and looks unused. In original box and case. Slight musty smell to case.
